Before and after

Kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms, before and after

The room stays as it is and what you choose changes. Drag across any picture.

These are public photos used as examples, not customers' homes. Each new look is a fresh picture, so small things can shift. The app reminds the designer to check it before showing it.

What you can change in each room

Kitchens

Door style and colour, handles, worktop, sink and tap. Cabinets, appliances and extras go on the quote without changing the picture.

Bathrooms

Bath, shower, basin and vanity unit, toilet, taps, wall tiles and floor.

Bedrooms

Wardrobe door style and colour, handles, and fitted wardrobes in place of the old ones. Building wardrobes where there are none yet doesn't work reliably.

On every package

See the price move with every tap

Each choice shows what it does to the total, so nobody has to go away and work it out. Try it here.

  • Your own products at your own prices
  • A small drawing changes straight away, before you make a new picture of the room
  • Designs side by side, with the difference in price
  • An optional Declutter switch clears everyday things out of the picture
Total, inc VAT Example prices, 13 doors and 7 drawer fronts

On every package

A quote they can keep

The first page shows their room now and after your work, then the total and your payment stages. Save it or share it as a PDF before you leave the house.

  • Your logo, your wording and your payment stages
  • Costs and profit never appear on it
  • Every quote is kept exactly as it was given, even if your prices change later
A quote on a white sheet: the kitchen now, the kitchen after the work, the total and three payment stages
Example customer and prices.

On every package

Your range, under your name

You start with a blank list and add your own products, with photos, sizes and prices. Add them on a phone as you go, or load a spreadsheet.

  • Kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms each have their own products
  • Your logo and colours across the app
  • Fitters see no prices, and only owners see costs and profit

Tap a scheme, or set your own brand colours. Photos and new looks stay exactly as they are.

A first visit, without it and with it

The usual way

  • Measure up, take notes and go back to the office
  • The customer waits for a drawing and a price
  • Pictures, quotes and job notes in different places
  • Following up is one more thing to remember

With Quote Studio

  • Take a photo and tap your products in their home
  • They see their own room and the price on that visit
  • The picture, the quote and the job in one place
  • Follow ups go by themselves, if you switch them on

Who it's for

It suits

Firms in the KBB trade that design, sell and fit kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms, from a sole trader to a showroom team. You visit the customer, you have your own range and prices, and you want to give the quote on that first visit.

It won't suit

Anyone who needs drawings to scale, including architects. The pictures are concept images and the app doesn't measure the room, so keep your CAD software for measured plans, building work and ordering.

Pricing

Packages and prices

The price you see is the whole price. This is the first version, and more options are on the way.

Don't want a plan?

Pay £39.99 once for 5 rooms and up to 2 logins, with nothing to pay after that.

What counts as a room?

One customer's kitchen, bathroom or bedroom. It counts once, when its first new look is made, then gets up to 10 new looks.

Need more rooms?

10 extra rooms are £25 on any plan, and they don't run out. Nothing is ever charged by itself. Paying monthly has a 3 month minimum.

Questions firms ask

Something else? Email enquiries@elevantae.com or ring 01902 288206, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Is the new picture to scale?

No. Every new look is a concept image, not to measure. Sizes help the picture but can't make it exact, because the app doesn't know the size of the customer's room. A person should check each picture before showing it, and the app reminds you.

Can it use my own products?

Yes, that's how it works. You start with a blank list and add your own, with photos, sizes and prices, on a phone or from a spreadsheet. If you'd rather we set them up for you, ask us.

What happens if I run out of rooms in the middle of a visit?

It won't stop. You can use up to 5 from your next rooms, and rooms you don't use carry over for as long as you stay with us.

Can my fitters use it?

Yes. A fitter's login shows the jobs with no prices at all, and owners can decide who sees what.

Does it work with no signal?

You need a connection to save your work and make new looks. If the connection drops, the app tells you, and if it carries on it shows our number.

Do I have to give you my email password?

No, and we'd never ask. You connect your work email by approving the app from your own Microsoft or Google account. Until you do, save the quote as a PDF and send it yourself.

What do I need to sign up?

A work address at your firm's own domain, on Microsoft or Google. Free addresses such as Gmail can't sign up.

What happens when the free week ends?

The app locks until you choose a package, and nothing is charged. If you don't choose one, your firm's details are deleted 30 days later.

Whose data is it?

Yours. Your products, prices and customers belong to you, and you can download a full copy whenever you like.
